Minnesota Attorney General and Hennepin County Attorney News Conference on Fatal ICE Shooting

C-SPAN: Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison (D) and Hennepin County Attorney Mary Moriarty held a news conference to provide an update on the investigation into the shooting death of a Minneapolis woman at the hands of an Immigration & Customs Enforcement (ICE) agent. Moriarty explained that her office may not be able to reach a “charging decision” in the case because the FBI has excluded the state Bureau of Criminal Apprehension from the investigation. She and Ellison asked the public to submit evidence, including videos, from the incident to her department.
