Secretaries Blinken & Austin News Conference with South Korean Leaders

C-SPAN: Secretary of State Blinken and Defense Secretary Austin held a joint news conference with their South Korean counterparts at the State Department. They condemned North Korea’s long-range missile test and confirmed that an estimated 10,000 North Korean soldiers were being trained in eastern Russia. They also talked about U.S. security assistance for Ukraine and efforts to get humanitarian aid into Gaza. The conference was held on October 31.
