Attorney General Merrick Garland Announces $3 Billion TD Bank Money-Laundering Settlement

C-SPAN: Attorney General Merrick Garland and other senior officials at the Justice Department hold a news conference on to announce a $3 billion settlement against the Canadian bank for money-laundering violations. The agreement also imposes growth caps.
