In a previous episode, which was entitled ‘Gov. Hochul, Mayor Adams, and the NYPD Remain Silent in the Wake of the Brutal Attack on Our 95-Year-Old Grandmother,’ I conducted an exclusive interview with Michelle and Tiffany Mitchell, the granddaughters of Ms. Dorothy Foye. Foye was allegedly attacked by a home health aide in late July of this year. The incident was recorded on a home camera system and quickly went viral after news agencies from around the world broadcast the video.
Many expressed their disgust and outrage through social media posts and demanded that the home health aide, who is missing, be held accountable for her actions. My special guest is also calling for justice in the Dorothy Foye case. He is a former member of the New York City Police Department, also known as the NYPD, where he served for 25 years and retired as a sergeant. He’ll explain why he was enraged by the Foye video and my interview with the Mitchell sisters, and he’ll issue a special message to the Mitchell family, the NYPD, and every elected official in the state of New York. As requested, his name will not be used in order to protect him from possible retaliation.

Note: New York Penal Law Section 120.05 states the following:
Section 2: “A person is guilty of assault in the second degree when: “with intent to cause physical injury to another person, he causes such injury to such person or to a third person by means of a deadly weapon or a dangerous instrument.”
Section 12: “A person is guilty of assault in the second degree when: “with intent to cause physical injury to a person who is sixty-five years of age or older, he or she causes such injury to such person, and the actor is more than ten years younger than such person.”
