Pentagon Calls Arlington National Cemetery Altercation with Trump Campaign Staff ‘Very Unfortunate’

C-SPAN: Defense Department Deputy Spokesperson Sabrina Singh calls an incident that took place Monday after a wreath-laying ceremony between Arlington National Cemetery staff and Trump Campaign staff “very unfortunate.” Singh confirms an earlier statement by the Army that the cemetery staff member was “pushed aside” when she sought to prevent filming in the restricted Section 60 of the cemetery. The individual in question filed a report but declined to press charges. Singh says the Department of Defense stands by the Army statement that the matter is now closed.
