House Democratic Leaders Hold News Conference

C-SPAN: House Democratic leaders spoke to reporters following a meeting with their conference, congratulating Rep. Debbie Dingell (D-MI) on her new position as chair of the Democratic Policy & Communications Committee. On the agenda for the week, Rep. Pete Aguilar (D-CA), the conference chair, said the party is focused on moving along a set of bills offering military aid to Ukraine, Israel, Taiwan, and other allies. He also said they’re not seeking to engage in the “chaos” surrounding efforts by some conservative House Republicans to oust House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA).
