A Message for Gov. Hochul & State Legislators: Let’s Stop the Bullshit!

Today, From The G-Man published a commentary from AARP New York entitled NY Nursing Home Residents Suffer as State Oversight Program Funding Falls Short. The independent news and information site has a message for Governor Kathy Hochul and every official responsible for this situation. If you can acquire or find millions to build a casino or state-of-the-art technological facilities, and over a billion dollars to erect a damn sports stadium, then you can find a way to make sure the state oversight program has the funding necessary to protect the state’s seniors. Let’s stop the bullshit! What you’re doing is not only insensitive, it’s absolutely embarrassing. The Empire State’s elderly population deserves so much better, and you know it.
