Federal Trade Commission Chair Speaks at Economic Club of New York

C-SPAN: Federal Trade Commission (FTC) Chair Lina Khan addressed consumer protections and the marketplace during an event hosted by Economic Club of New York. After her remarks, she sat down with former White House Budget Director Peter Orszag (Obama administration, 2009-10) for a conversation on FTC policy and ensuring a fair and transparent marketplace. Several topics were discussed, including impacts of consolidation and monopolies on competition, advancing innovation, corporate merger oversight, and the prime responsibility of the commission.
