Eric Adams in 2014: ‘Based on the Medical Examiner’s Information, I Thought It Was Enough to Move Forward’

In December of 2014, Eric Adams, who was the Brooklyn Borough President at that time, provided statements to “BrooklynRonnie” after a grand jury declined to indict former NYPD cop Daniel Pantaleo in the chokehold death of Eric Garner. From The G-Man located this video and decided to publish it because Adams said something extremely interesting about the medical examiner’s report. Listen very carefully.

Incidentally, the New York Post reported that Adams attacked Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez for rushing to conclude that Jordan Neely, a homeless man and subway performer, was “murdered” after being placed in a chokehold by a former United States Marine during an altercation. The article noted, “‘I don’t think that’s very responsible at the time where we are still investigating the situation,” Adams said on “CNN Primetime” late Wednesday when asked about both inflammatory tweets.'”The city’s medical examiner classified Neely’s death as a homicide, but the Marine has not been charged.

From The G-Man has a question for Mayor Adams. If Mr. Neely’s mother, father, siblings, grandparents or other family members posted tweets proclaiming he was “murdered,” would you have called them irresponsible? If not, why go after the congresswoman? She is entitled to express her point of view like anyone else. You certainly have, on numerous occasions, about a host of issues.
