Vets Fighting for Passage of Burn Pits Bill to GOP: ‘We’re Not Going Away’

The Independent: After GOP lawmakers derailed a burn pits bill that would provide healthcare to sick and dying veterans, advocates began a sit-in on the steps of the US Capitol to call for its passage on Monday. But, even if the bill passes next week, members of the veteran community tell Rachel Sharp the delay has already cost lives.
