Born in London of Ukrainian refugee parents, Askold Krushelnycky, a British and American citizen, was brought up and educated in the United Kingdom. He was assistant foreign editor at the UK Sunday Times and was editor-in-chief of the Kyiv Post. He has visited the frontlines to report on the war between Ukraine and Russia, which erupted in 2014 when Moscow invaded and annexed Crimea.

Matthew Dubas is an editor at The Ukrainian Weekly. The publication is distributed throughout the United States and Canada and serves as a major source of news and information for the Ukrainian-American community. Mr. Dubas has reported on many of the country’s political and social conflicts and worked with ambassadors, politicians, policy advisers, activists and scholars on a range of issues concerning Ukraine.

The journalists are my special guests for this exclusive interview, which will examine the latest developments in the increasingly-tease situation involving Russia and Ukraine.
