Senator McConnell Warns Democrats Against Court Packing, Filibuster Rules Change

C-SPAN: Senate Republican Leader Mitch McConnell warns Democrats that any effort to “pack” the Supreme Court or change the filibuster rules to pass voting rights legislation could mean “Armageddon” in the Senate. Senator McConnell calls both ideas “unhinged” and nothing more than a “power grab” by frustrated Democrats. “Lashing out at our democracy, at the Supreme Court, and at the Senate itself is not going to solve anything,” he says.
