9/11 Firefighter to Unveil 3D Sidewalk Chalk Art Honoring Victims

NEW YORK CITY — On September 12 at 1 p.m., New York City’s original sidewalk chalk artist Hani Shihada (hanisidewalkart.com) and 9/11 firefighter Niels Jorgensen will unveil an original 3D Sidewalk Chalk Art piece honoring the victims of 9/11 on the 20th anniversary of the terrorist attacks. The unveiling will take place at 38 West Street in Manhattan.

Jorgensen is currently the host of the recently launched podcast series, ’20 for 20’ (20for20Podcast.com), which is telling 20 heroic stories about 9/11 for the 20th anniversary.

The podcast is produced by Iron Light Labs, a non-profit dedicated to empowering purpose-driven people to change the world.
