Rep. Espaillat to Host Virtual Career Fair for District Residents
WASHINGTON, DC — Representative Adriano Espaillat (NY-13) will host a virtual career fair for residents of New York’s 13th Congressional District on both Wednesday, August 11th and Thursday, August 12th from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (EDT).

“New York City has been hit especially hard by COVID-19, and far too many of my constituents have been left without work in its wake,” said Rep. Espaillat. “It’s undeniable: this once in a generation crisis has radically reshaped the workforce – both for employees, and for employers – and now is the time to begin adapting to this new world of employment, virtual interviewing, and remote networking.
“I urge all who are seeking employment to join me on Wednesday, August 11th and Thursday, August 12th to connect with employers and hiring officers seeking to fill positions. It remains critical that we continue to provide support for our hardest-hit communities, working families, small businesses, and entrepreneurs as we work to rebuild, repair and recover,” Espaillat concluded.
