President Biden Signs Economic Executive Order

C-SPAN: President Biden signed an executive order aimed at promoting competition in the U.S. economy. He was joined by his Cabinet members in the White House State Dining Room. At the conclusion of the event, the president responded to a reporter question about his phone call with Russian President Vladimir Putin.
