Women in Power: Cheryl Thompson-Morton

Ms. Thompson-Morton is the director of the Black Media Initiative at the Center for Community Media.

The Craig Newmark Graduate School of Journalism: In her role as Black Media Initiative Director for the Center for Community Media at the Newmark J-School, Cheryl Thompson-Morton will work to support Black media outlets through training, research, convenings, and connecting them to financial resources.
