Hi Community!
I hope all are doing well and keeping safe. Here are the details for the 32nd Precinct Community Council Meeting, which will be held on June 17, 2021. Please review and share this information. It provides the meeting location and the virtual meeting link for our hybrid meeting. At times, I’ve received calls or emails asking how to access the virtual meeting. If you are still unsure about how to use ZOOM, please read this message in its entirety, especially the next paragraph.
Again, you have the option of taking part in the virtual meeting. You can register for the virtual meeting by clicking here. A confirmation email will be sent to your email address after you register. Please save it. You’ll need it in order to gain access to the virtual meeting. Details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Our on site meeting location is at Lt. Joseph P. Kennedy Memorial Community Center, but seating is extremely limited, as per the facility directors. For those who can, please join us via ZOOM. For those who are able to attend the meeting at Kennedy, we are all required to adhere to the center’s and CDC’s COVID-19 guidelines. Wearing a face mask, physical distancing, temperature screening, signing in to the facility, etc., will be required of all attendees. The face mask must be worn during the entire time you are in the building, please. We are guests at the Catholic Charities facility, and we must adhere to COVID-19 safety protocols and measures.
Thank you, everyone.
