GPAHE: A rising ecosystem of extremist groups is producing and circulating detailed “how-to” manuals that teach young people how to poison, extort, sexually exploit, and kill. The case of Georgian national Michail Chkhikvishvili, who pleaded guilty to plotting a poisoning of Jewish children in New York, reveals how groups like the MKY use encrypted platforms to distribute illustrated handbooks with instructions on weapons, target selection, evading law enforcement, and staging mass-casualty attacks. Often cross-promoted among neo-Nazi networks such as Terrorgram and Com-linked groups like 764 and No Lives Matter, these publications blend ideology with step-by-step guidance, gamifying violence through “points systems,” and explicitly target minors for recruitment and abuse.
