During today’s disgusting and disturbing White House meeting between “47” and President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, the U.S. president proclaimed Zelenskyy “isn’t ready for peace” after a series of extremely tense exchanges between the two leaders. In order to appear important and relevant, JD Vance, aka Gomer Pyle-USMC, slithered his way into the conversation. I suspect many of the reporters wondered…”Why the hell is he even talking? Dude! Will you please shut the fuck up! No one wants to hear your dumbass statements!” I wondered as well. 47 was absolutely wrong about Zelenskyy not being ready for peace. He was more than ready, and I offer the following to prove my point.
He Traveled from Ukraine to the White House.
Zelenskyy traveled to the United States in hopes of signing a major mineral(s) deal that would help his country. If he had no interest in brokering a peace deal, he never would’ve made the journey and simply told 47….”Thanks, but no thanks.” Moreover, Zelenskyy told the world he’d be willing to resign as president in order to end the war. That certainly sounds like someone who’s ready for peace, if you ask me.
Prior to the Meeting, 47 Insulted the World Leader, Twice, and He Still Showed Up!
The U.S. president called Zelenskyy “a dictator” and said he was responsible for starting the Russia-Ukraine war, not Putin. At that point, Zelenskyy could’ve told 47 to fuck off and said he had no interest in meeting, but he didn’t do that. He manned up, showed up, looked 47 right in the eyes, and went toe-to-toe with him and Gomer during an attempted ambush. Even when 47 and Gomer tried to paint Zelenskyy and his country as the bad guys or “ungrateful,” the Ukrainian warrior, like thousands of his soldiers, held the line. He could’ve said….”You know what? I don’t need this bullshit!” and simply walked out of the meeting. He didn’t do that, though. He just sat there and took a barrage of bullshit from bellicose buffoons, and he did it because he was ready for peace.
Okay. I’m going to say something that’ll probably make me, my news site and podcast a target of the administration, but I don’t give two shakes of a rat’s ass! 47’s White House tirade took place because Zelenskyy didn’t follow the script like many working in business, education, politics and media. He refused to bow and kiss the ring, 47’s ass, or humiliate himself or the proud people of Ukraine just to get a damn deal. I applaud and salute him for having the courage to clearly convey the following during the White House battle: “My country needs your help, but not at the expense of Ukraine, its history, the truth about the war, or its people.”
I’m an American, and I would be honored and proud if Zelenskyy was my president. Unlike 47, Zelenskyy has repeatedly walked through war zones and held the hands of hundreds of Ukrainians in an attempt to provide comfort, hope and reassurance. Zelenskyy is a man that has seen and shed tears in front of hundreds of dead bodies. Russian bombs have leveled many areas of Ukraine, but as the structures crumbled, Zelenskyy managed to keep his country and people intact. The same can’t be said for 47, and he and many of his MAGA members know it. Still, he has the nerve to say Zelenskyy isn’t ready for peace. A man who sees death and destruction on a daily basis will always be ready for peace. “Captain Bone Spurs” should keep that in mind.
